Apartment is located in the center of Livorno, near the most important centers of interest such as banks, markets, shopping streets and a 15-minute walk from the seafront.
The apartment is part of an independent building of two apartments. It consists of an entrance hall, terrace where you can also eat, a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave dryer, refrigerator / freezer Nespresso machine and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed with wardrobe and also a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, marble top with built-in sink, a shower and a bathtub.
The apartment has independent heating and free WI-Fi.
For those who have a car there is a parking area on request with a gate at 20 meters from the house in the same street for 6 euros a day.

Das Appartment liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit antiken und neuen Möbeln. Alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt einen schönen mit einer Markise überdachten Balkon. Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps zu Livorno, wenn man das wünscht. Ein Supermarkt, Näckerei und Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe.Meine Freundin und ich waren 4 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbar!

Das Apartment legt hervorragend. Ortskern und auch das Meer sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es geschmackvoll eingerichtet., sehr gut geschnitten und wirklich sauber.Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es Bäckerei und größeren Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe.Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kostengünstige Parkmöglichkeit für ein Fahrzeug macht vieles auch leichter.Restaurants gibt es in Livorno genügend.Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Wundervoll

Wir sind das dritte Mal hier in dieser Ferienwohnung von Patrizia und Fabrizio. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Umgebung ist super, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Bars, Restaurants, usw… Die Ausflugsziele Pietrasanta, Florenz oder Viareggio sind sehr schön. Fabrizio und Patrizia sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und immer für Fragen offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Patrizia und Fabrizio. Daniela und Fred Die

Großzügige Stadtwohnung

Großzügige Stadtwohnung im 1. Stock mit Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern und Fliegengittern an den wichtigsten Fenstern. Der Stellplatz ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie der nächste Supermarkt.

Merveilleux séjour !

Un excellent séjour en Toscane dans un appartement très joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Fabrizio est un hôte très accueillant et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !

Unsere Appartments war wunderschön, sehr sauber / toll italy style eingerichtet.. ( mache selbst Luxus Interieurs) . Es war alles da was wird gebraucht. Fabrizio war perfekt Gastgeber wie man sich wünscht in Urlaub Apartments.. ( wie ich kenne sogar bei 5 Sterne Hotels 🤓👍) Wir kommen wieder.. Lg Jana aus München..

A beautiful apartment!

We had a great time in Fabrizio´s apartment in Livorno. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beautifully decorated, very clean and also has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This deserves a top rating without any doubt!

LIVORNO: What a Surprise!!!

Our stay in Livorno has truly surpassed all of our expectations. We have really loved staying in this wonderful apartment, it really did feel like our home during the month that we stayed and appreciated the amenities that it provided us. We came to realize that this apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Livorno with many local conveniences like the PAM Supermarket and Bakery just 100 meters away. Fabrizio and Patrizia are very warm and thoughtful hosts.

Livorno and the Sea

The apartment was as we expected from the several photographs posted. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming, showed us the apartment and explained some of the features that we needed for our 2 month stay. Both he and his wife were very gracious in recommending some of the sites in Livorno worth a visit such as the various museums and the Sanctuary in Montenero, a short bus ride from the center. Te apartment was situated near mini supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and close to the shopping areas. All in all we have very much enjoyed our stay in Livorno, certainly worth a stay for awhile.

City living by the sea

Great location in lovely neighbourhood close to all amenities - grocery, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. Walk to seaside. Beautiful long boardwalk and port side views. Watch the ships, yachts, and sailboats come and go. Small enough city to walk to everything, good bus transportation if necessary. Close to Pisa and Lucca and Florence and other towns of interest. Very friendly and open people.

Tolle Stadtwohnung

Livorno ist eine trubelige Stadt in der man einiges unternehmen kann und mit dem Zug gut nach Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz kommt. Dank Fabrizios wunderschöner Wohnung hatten wir eine Oase zum Abschalten gefunden. Fabrizio hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit Tipps und Tickets versorgt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wunderschön

Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Schmuckstück. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wirklich ganz toll. Fabrizio ist ein sehr lieber Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und man kann sowohl Restaurants, als auch Supermarkt, Fischgeschäft, fußläufig gut erreichen. Zentrale Ferienwohnung in Livorno

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig Man kann einen Autoparkplatz hinzumieten, der nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt liegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und er hat uns auch ein paar gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Mückennetze an den Fenstern wären sicherlich eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, aber wohl schwer kompatibel mit den Fensterläden.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir an Hand der Fotos und der guten Lage in Livorno ausgewählt. Sie ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns zwischen den Ausflügen zur Entspannung eingeladen. Wir haben uns in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Parkanlagen haben wir intensiv genutzt. Hinzu kommt die großartige Unterstützung des Vermieters Fabrizio und seiner Frau bei mehreren Problemen mit Taxifahrern aus Livorno. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und glücklich diese Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub gewählt zu haben. Wir werden die FeWo weiter empfehlen und ggf. zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wiederkommen, der Juli war sehr heiß. Familie Kabuß

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is light and airy. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has practically everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a small balcony that looks out over the back with views of gardens. There is a well stocked supermarket close by and 6 minutes away is a nice square with a selection of cafes, one sell a fabulous array of pastries. We really enjoyed staying here and Fabrizio was a very responsive host even took me to the station.

Fabrizio was a great host and the apartment was so clean and beautiful. A great location and great facilities. Fabrizio has everything you need. The balcony is beautiful and so is the bathroom. The walk to the port is only 10-15 minutes and the walk into the centre of town is only 10 minutes away. Livorno is a great city and this was a great apartment. Only two small criticisms: 1. The WiFi wasn’t working properly, I think the password was wrong? 2. In the internet listing I though there would be three separate bedrooms, but there are only two separate bedrooms. Apart from that it was lovely,

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in Livorno. Fabrizio war ein toller Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einen Supermarkt gibt’s direkt um die Ecke sowie zahlreiche Restaurants. Fabrizio war sehr zuvorkommend und hilft gern bei allen Fragen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dieser Aufenthalt war ...

... wunderbar. Neben der eher ruhigen Lage, der wunderbaren Wohnung, den tollen Vermietern, dem nahegelegen Parkplatz, war auch alles was wir benötigten fußläufig zu erreichen. Neben der Erkundung Livornos ging es von dort auch nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und Siena. Für uns war es eine ideale Unterkunft im Herzen eine großen italienischen Stadt. Wir haben es die Wohnung und den Aufenthalte in Livorno sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Vielen Dank, Fabrizio, für den herzlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps. Die Stadt ist ein guter Wohnort um von dort aus alle relevanten Städte zu besuchen. Es war eine gute Wahl! Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Wir haben erst am letzten Tag Zeit und Möglichkeit gehabt, Livorno zu entdecken und festgestellt, wie fußläufig und nah alles ist, auch ein Supermarkt ist ca 200 m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist schon groß und wir fanden dort alles, was wir an Geschirr brauchten und sogar mehr. Danke Fabrizio!
