"This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. The fridge in my room didn’t work although it had drinks in .. so babies milk and food at to go in the chefs fridge . "Staff was so helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Beds comfortable. Had two bathrooms in the family room. Five of us stayed in the room comfortably. Location perfect for visiting sites in Westminster by foot and others by train."
