At check-in I was informed that the room would not be cleaned for a 2-night stay which I thought was a bit odd - it should have been presented in a different way as a question. "This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. The fridge in my room didn’t work although it had drinks in .. so babies milk and food at to go in the chefs fridge . In the morning I struggled as no answer on the phone as needed I’ll for the baby . I then came down my self to find there was : staff on all in the restaurant...

"The location was on a quiet street, close to Victoria station. The owner, Nick, his wife and daughter, Emily were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my husband to keep his small mobile scooter in the lobby. There is an elevator, as well. The air conditioner worked well during the heat wave this summer. "Nice hotel, beautiful strip of homes, nice to downtown, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were hot even with plug in fans. If you get an upper room where the heat warms your room, try to get lower rooms. Small Tight spaces, but it worked for us. No elevator for heavy bags, but overall, good place."
