"The staff was very friendly. We loved that they had a white board with all the goings-on for each day next to a map with how far away things were. Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. "Room was clean. I don’t think the heat was working but I didn’t call to tell them, I just put a sweatshirt on. The breakfast was good, I do wish they had more muffins available to the people that aren’t early risers. Staff was friendly. Parking on site was nice. They had big parking spaces for more protection of my car. I know someone who stayed at a different hotel and their car and several others in the parking lot were vandalized. "

Day front desk manager (Elin ?)was excellent - courteous- friendly - a major asset to the hotel) would be good to have a phone jack in the bathroom with ability to put room phone in there when needed. "Very good stay - the only issue was the room temp was difficult to regulate. Parking was free thanks to booking through Expedia! Definitely a pleasant surprise! Staff members were polite & helpful. If you’re a light sleeper request an interior room to cut down on traffic noise."
