The location was convenient and I liked that it was close to stores for drinks and snacks, as well as a cute little coffee shop. The front desk and security folks were great."

"Es gibt nur ein Wort, dass das Artezen Hotel beschreibt: Wow!
Wir waren schon in mehrere Hotels in NYC, aber keins war so wie das Artezen. Große Zimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein schönes und großes Badezimmer, unzähliger Stauraum, ein bequemes Bett und jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer (zwar gegen Bezahlung, aber trotzdem super). Es ist sauber und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und soooooo freundlich.
Ich bin ein pingeliger Gast, aber hier gab es nichts zu...

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."
