"Very convenient. Quick and easy check in and check out. We came during off season, would be a perfect place to stay for high season. Will come back and recommend to others. "

"This is an excellent property. I would highly recommend it! You have a beautiful view of the river. It was spotless and the furnishings, quilts on beds, books, fully furnished kitchen and appliances were all clean. The location is close to Tibbett's Lighthouse and a short drive into Cape Vincent. Parking was plentiful. My only recommendation would be to remove the room deodorizer. Otherwise, it was perfect!! "

"The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing. "

"Amazing! The area is great to explore but it was nice to come back to the cottage and just relax in peace and quiet. It had everything we needed. The view was wonderful, even when it was raining. Clean and cozy. The owner was always in touch and helpful. Looking to stay again. "

" The house was very spacious and comfortable; beds were great. Dining table as well as 4 stool bar in a large kitchen. & large living room, tv., etc. Yard area is large and beautifully maintained with a patio, large table/chairs and bbq. We also could park in the garage. Owner was very nice and very helpful if we needed anything. However, we really missed wi-fi as we use internet a lot wen traveling so went to local restaurants to get connected. Enjoyed seeing all the sites in the area...

"The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!"

"Cute, clean, calm and comfortable. The house is right on the water with lots of wildlife to view (deer, turkey, bald eagles, loons and a resident groundhog who entertained us during our morning coffee). Amazing sunset views. Well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds. Enjoyed the deck on sunny days and during a cool, rainy day we fired up the gas fireplace to read, play games and watch the birds swoop around the bay. Plenty of activities within a relatively short drive. My husband, who...
