Want to really relax? It really makes a difference when you can walk out of your unit and be right on the beach. No traveling required. Nothing beats stepping outside your private unit and patio and getting right onto the beach. Imagine you're already on the beach and want to grab drinks or get some extra ice or need to take a quick trip to the bathroom and it is only steps away from the beach. No need for parking and lugging things. If you haven't rented off the beach, maybe it's time you consider it. If you like walking out of your Condo door anytime of the day or night and getting onto the beach, this is the place for you. You are right there in front of the ocean. See the ocean from your kitchen table and patio. This large one bedroom includes KING bed and dual twin day beds. Also enjoy your own private washer and dryer inside the unit. Full eat-in kitchen. Free Wifi, DVD Player and Flat screen TV, Roku streaming TV. There is also a private outdoor shower when you come off the beach. Beach toys, wave board included with Private Parking. This fantastic spot is so close you can hear the waves of the ocean at night. It's also close enough to walk to the center of town to enjoy festivities and restaurants. Wonderful place. Description was accurate. Restaurants were within walking distance. The beach was right across the road. Our stay was awesome!! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and great to work with. We will definitely return!!

The house was very nice. The only thing I might ask if we stay there again is to have a surge protector plugged in to the bedroom wall by bed. I use a CPAP machine and I barely had enough plugs for that. I would like to have my phone plugged in close to me instead of way across the room. Everything else was fantastic! Thanks for letting us stay at your VRBO!

Our stay was awesome. Location is great, the beach access is directly across the street. Shops and restaurants are not far. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be staying here again.

Perfect spot for the beach!

We had a great time and the property manager could not have been nicer! There were a couple of things not working, but nothing major and nothing that was a problem over all. Pros: the location is walking distance from everything; beach, spas, shops, restaurants. Perfect! The setting is quaint and well taken care of. Cons: The sheets and covers were still damp when we arrived. We just dryed them and they were fine. The a/c is controlled via WiFi by the owner so you have to text him if you want it changed, but he was very proactive in making sure we were comfortable. But we probably would have rather just handled it ourselves since we were trying to have a tech free (or tech-lite) stay.Overall, for a quiet convenient and affordable getaway, this was the perfect place!

Perfect Beach Spot

If traveling with a small family I could not have asked for a better spot. Easy access to beach without the chaos of the high rise condos and tourist hotspots. Would definitely stay again.

Location was as far out of town as possible & across from the water. That was great. Apartment was sufficient in it's contents but a bit worn. Yard was in great need of a cleanup but had been stormy prior to arrival. Fit our needs & excellent communication with owner. Allowed us later checkout as flight was in the evening.

Simple and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here, just outside of the busy part of town. Right across the street from the beach with a nice beach access. Within walking distance to shops and restaurant's. We really enjoyed the washer and dryer, it was a huge help for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was great, and being able to use the provided beach supplies was wonderful, not having to pack as much. Host was very attentive and kept in communication with us. My ONLY issue was the Cleaning fee, I felt it was priced a little on the high side. Will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Perfect property and stay!

Rich and Allison are excellent hosts, super attentive and kind! The property is bigger than it seems in pictures and has everything you need! The in unit laundry is super helpful and the outdoor shower with provided beach gear was such a help to us. Great location that is steps from the beach and good restaurants. We will absolutely be staying again! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Great family vacation

Had a great time visiting Flagler Beach. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. It could have been cleaner when we arrived, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies available. The owner was quick to respond to any message we sent and im sure if we had any issues, he would have taken care of them promptly. Overall, we had a great vacation and will be returning in the future.

The appartment is MUCH more spacious than the pics show. Clean, very well-stocked, and you can't get closer to the ocean in Flagler Beach. Perfect place to chill--highly recommend. Rich was an exemplary host: attentive, helpful, and accomodating. Thanks Rich!
