"The hotel is amazing. All glitz and glamour. Resort is huge. The beach area is great. However there is too much vegetation that covers the pathways and needs trimming, makes somewhat dark alleys during the night. Room furniture can use some upgrades or some deep cleaning, not just daily maintenance, I mean deep cleaning!!! Dust accumulated in the corners of the cushions can’t be cleaned with daily maintenance. Restaurants are too expensive even the fast food stands. Workers kind of slow...

"This was my second stay at Sandyport and I loved it even more than my first last year (February). The staff is amazing, extremely helpful - be sure to see Lady Sarah for all your tour adventures right there in the resort lobby - and just downright amazing. "A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

"My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, pleasant helpful and welcoming. The hotel offered a variety of restaurants for dining; my favorite was Yellowbell. I enjoyed my stay here because it provided a calm and laid back environment. I was able to rest and relax and have fun. My only concern was the description of the room, The Marina View Room, which did not offer a view of the Marina. The Manager advised this was the actual name for the 2nd floor rooms...
