"We never had the privilege to meet Sonja but Ray was as hospitable as anyone could ask for. Met us at the home to check in and insisted on taking us to the grocery store saying "I cannot leave you here with nothing to eat". Both Ray and Sonja were very responsive to communicate with. The home adjacent to this house belongs to the family and one morning Sonja's mother was outside collecting coconuts and had 4 of them cut and prepared for our group!"

"The property has good bones. If you squint hard enough, it's really lovely. The size of the space, layout, and amenities give it solid potential as a vacation home. The outside is nicely landscaped. The high ceilings and molding have character.On the other hand, many little things don't work. The master bathroom shower didn't get hot water. The house has an ant infestation (the ants are tiny).
