"The pictures are much better than the actual property. Things are somewhat run down. Communication with the host was terrible. Texted about a replacement lightbulb on our first day, and never got any response at all. Cable didn’t work all week, shower pressure was non-existent. Never even met the host - she let her maid handle keys. We were told we could have an early check-in, and then that was changed the night before our stay. The saving grace is that the private beach is absolutely...

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The home was only steps away from a great pool and the most beautiful beach. The property was equipped with everything needed for a perfect day at the beach. Viola’s, the restaurant on site, was fabulous. John was a wonderful, responsive host. He was very quick to respond with any inquiries both before and during our stay. The trip was a 10/10 for our family of 5."

"The house was ideal, in perfect conditions, it was nicely decorated and perfectly kept. The location is just crazy, marvellous views, sitting by the sand, in front of a wonderful beach, we were there by our selves enjoying the white sand and transparent waters. The team was also helpful and kind, they covered all our needs and even offered some extra details we did not expect. If you think the photos are awesome, reality is much better! if you are looking for paradise, this is your...

"It's a good place and well described too. However, there are a few things we didn't like. First, the property needs to be fully upgraded. It was a bad smell of mold when we opened the door. I was so upset when I went to the Gym and just one treadmill works. Nothing else is working, no bike, no leg press machine plus everything pretty old and rusty. Second, the stuff is very friendly but very bad explaining and communicating how everything works at the club at the check in. We stayed 6 days and...

"Before rating and reviewing the property, I first have to say what an incredible and amazing host Kyrene is. She is extremely focused on your experience and comfort while staying at one of her properties. Seriously, I just can't say enough about how wonderful she is. We were literally treated like royalty and given the VIP treatment during our stay. Not only did we love the property, but we will go back just to be a guest of hers. My wife and I travel several times a year and stay...

"The place is nice and spacious. Perfect for a family of 4 that likes privacy. Everyone had their own room with attached bathroom, which was huge. There is a restaurant on the property which is very convenient. Also, the kitchen was nice and there was a grill on the balcony, so lots of options for food. The pools were great. The access to the beach is amazing. Our host was the best I've ever had. She helped us setup activities and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I...

"I've stayed at this villa many times over the years, and I keep coming back because it's consistently an excellent place to stay. The property is exactly as pictured—clean, secure, and beautifully maintained—with stunning views of Cabbage Beach and access to a private pool. The location is ideal. There's a great local restaurant, Viola's, right on-site, and it's an easy walk to both the Four Seasons and Atlantis if you're looking for more dining options. Jordan is a fantastic host—always...

"Home was good for the price. Did not receive check in instructions until the morning of after calling the host on her cell phone. There was no cleaning supplies for the kitchen: dish soap or dishwasher pods. We had to go buy some. On our 3rd day the cleaning lady bought some by. The trash had not been picked up from the trash bins in awhile it was overflowing. We had to put trash next to the trash cans on the ground. We also ran out of toilet paper. This home could be perfect with some love....

"Had a great time with a family of 7. Rooms were nice and had a great time on the beach. Few locals were on the beach but were friendly. House had beautiful views of water. Leaving house to get on road was kind of dangerous cause house was on a curve so we had to be careful getting on. Other than that, the house was great with no issues. Family had a wonderful time. Oh and we rented jet skis and they delivered them to us. That was a plus."
