Perfect place to spend 2 weeks in the Bahamas! I was mobility impaired for this trip so I will say that was a challenge but I am glad the property was on the first floor. The neighbors upstairs did get a bit loud but other than that the property was just as described. I did not like having to pay extra for the amenities such as the adult pool and gym. It was an additional cost which was told to us beforehand. The pool that we had access to that was free had no umbrellas and with two infants, that was not ideal. I would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at this villa and we'd happily come back again. The host was incredibly thorough during check in, taking the time to walk us through the property and all of the amenities, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.The villa is cozy, clean, and well decorated. It was the perfect fit for our family of five, especially since each of our kids had their own bed. We also loved having a comfortable living space where we could enjoy a slow morning together or unwind after a day out.Smart TVs are always a great bonus—they allow everyone to relax with their favorite shows. It really feels like a home away from home.One of our favorite features is the private beach. It was the perfect place to relax during an evening by the water, enjoy the ocean breeze, and watch the sunset. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, we highly recommend this villa!

We had a great stay here. The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Host were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay in Palm Cay! Winnie was an incredible host who helped us from beginning to end. Place was great for young children as we had 2 babies with us. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Winnie’s place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, nice beds and bathrooms. It was avery clean home which is such a relief when booking a place for the first time.The facilities were nice and we enjoyed our ride to Palm Cay from the airport with Fred thanks to Winnie’s help. He was great! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Cay with our family of 5 (kids age 10, 8, 5). They were kept busy with the pool, beach, park, and paddle ball/tennis. The villa was the cleanest rental I've ever visited and had everything we needed. The check-in and out processes were easy with clear communication throughout. The ease of adding on the golf cart was a big bonus that the kids really enjoyed. It was a great stay!

Communication with Winnie was great from the start, she greeted us at check-in with a property tour and was available if we had questions during our stay. Palm Cay is a newly built community with beaches, pools, marina, general store, tennis/pickleball and restaurant all a short walk away. The property was very clean, updated, had everything we needed for the week. The added bonus was the rental vehicle through the sister company as well as the taxi service to/from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very well equipped, extremely clean, and beautifully built with plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and easy. Everything was well maintained and clearly cared for. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, the photos do not do this place justice; it looks even better in person. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

We loved everything about this beautiful place! The villa was so clean and roomy for the four of us. Perfectly stocked, quiet, and the beach chairs and towels made it feel like home. We rented the golf cart and zipped around to the store and all over the beautiful property. Safe, quiet, and so peaceful. Winnie is amazing and goes out of her way to help with anything you need. I can’t recommend this property enough! We’ll be back!

Winnie was very responsive and easy to be in touch with. She was diligent in answering all our questions. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The area was relaxing and beach was beautiful. I would definitely recommend renting a car when renting in this area as taxi rides really add up.

Place was perfect and very comfortable for family of 4 with two teenagers. Beach was amazing and definitely worth getting the day passes. Pink Octopus was awesome. Grocery store is huge and key for snacks. Winnie was great and you could eat off the floors when we arrived.

Winnie was a wonderful hostess that took great care of us. The Villa was beautiful, clean, safe, and had everything we needed. The gated entrance and security added an extra level of comfort to our stay. It was a short walk to a restaurant and a grocery store. The owners beach and water there was tranquil, calm and amazing. I’d recommend to anyone!

We had the most wonderful stay!! The Villa is just as described in the pictures and Winnie is so responsive and lovely. The Palm Cay club is about as perfect as it gets with beachfront and pool chairs and good food as well as fitness center, spa, etc. (note: the optional 25/day resort fee is worth it!). Unfortunately, no snorkeling equipment so you can’t snorkel right off the property unless you bring your own or buy it there and it is about 30 minutes to any sort of nightlife or restaurants but worth it because Fred the driver will drive you for a reasonable price. Also do pack shampoo/conditioner as the samples are very small and you will need to grocery shop for extra trash bags, paper towels etc if there for more than 2 days. The water is so beautiful and it is very safe!! We will be back!!

I have stayed at a lot of Vrbo and “the other” properties and I rank this as one of the best. So clean, great location and lots of little extras stocked for our arrival. But by far the host Winnie is what puts it over the top. She is so helpful and accommodating, kind and professional that she absolutely made our trip. Fred is also the best. Always on time, and it was like having our own private tour guide. Just the best!!

The property is lovely, in a gated community with access to onsite restaurant, cafe, pool and beach. Our children bought the club passes which enabled them to use the gym, members pool and beach areas which they loved. Winnie is a great host ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.
