Platja Love

Restaurants requiring reservations. Room hot and humid and had a ceiling problem. Pool and outside bar area ok.

The room was very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The balcony was with a spectacular view. The place is quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive and pay taxes and resort fee for nothing. One day towels in the beach were finished! All is closed at 6pm you cannot use pool or beach later. I Will never go for vacation here.
