Perfect vacation house located on one of the most beautiful beaches Nassau has to offer, with turquoise water and a white sandy beach. Enjoy and relax with your friends and family in the comfort of this modern beach house located in a small, private gated community. The property, amenities and complimentary housekeeping provide everything for the perfect and unforgettable Caribbean vacation.

Wether it's laying in the sun, swimming in the calm Bahama blue waters, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or enjoying an outdoor bbq by the beach. Sunsational House is the perfect property to relax, lay back and read your favorite book on the hammock. You can also keep busy and enjoy the many activities this property has to offer. This home is very child friendly with lots of activities to keep the family entertained. Children can swim in the ocean, snorkel, play in the sand or slide down the small outdoor roller coaster. They can build sand castles or simply run around and be free.

This property has a large full size beach front kitchen, with all the amenities needed for the most demanding chef to prepare a delicious meal. Better yet, enjoy our chef and full service designed to your taste. Impress even the gastronomy aficionados of your group.

Sunsational House is fully air conditioned with a large living/dining area that seats 10. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. Catering and event planning also available.

The home is located just 7 minutes by car from Lynden Pindling International Airport and Odyssey Aviation. There is a large grocery store, gas station, bank and many shops and restaurants also 5-10 minutes away by car. There are a few restaurants walking distance and we are 15 minutes by car from the Bahamar Resort and 40 minutes to Atlantis Resort.

This is a very beautiful beach and home in a small gated community with very limited access to non residents with a perfect setting for an unforgettable Caribbean vacation.

There is an outdoor dining area with outdoor bbq that seats 6. There are 2 additional outdoor seating areas. The one just outside the living room has 2 large sofas and a large coffee table, the other is set on the sand near the beach and has a sofa and 2 side chairs with a fire pit in the middle. There are 8 outdoor lounge chairs for sun bathing, a hammock, a small roller coaster for kids, beach toys and floats. The property also has outdoor lighting with great landscape lighting to help you enjoy evening bbq’s, a fire with marshmallow's or simply enjoying the incredible evening weather with a drink and great music through the outdoor speakers and the sound of the sea gently rolling on shore.

The view from our upstairs room was phenomenal and the access to the beach is just steps away as promised. The maid service was very friendly, and she did a great job! I highly recommend this location.

Perfect. Um not so much

This place has tons of potential but fell short. Day 1: maids where running behind and where at the house until 7pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. This kind of things happen and understand. However laundry was left in an over loaded washer and dryer that we found the next day and had to finish. I don’t care to do others laundry. We found no toilet paper in 3 of the 4 bathrooms Iam not even sure how that happens. I did not find the kitchen clean at all! Not sure if the dish washer is working properly after going to the store to buy detergent and doing the guest before ours dishes. We just hand washed and then placed in dish washer. The kitchen has been used hard and is in serious need of a deep clean!! Drawers are super unorganized. I could go on about power issues and hot tub leaking water but this is unavoidable and happens. The host tried to address issues. We had a dinner party and I was constantly interrupted to go outside and talk with the power company about the issues.

Beautiful stay

Amazing to have basically our own private beach steps away from the doors of the property. Between the size of the home and the backyard, there wasn’t much need to leave, although the property was in a great location for outings to restaurants, quick grocery runs, and other sites. Maria was an attentive host and ensured we had all our questions answered about the property itself as well as how to make the most of our stay. The surrounding community is secure and generally felt very safe (we returned after a very late night out with no concerns 🙂) and was simple to figure out getting in and out. Thank you again, Maria, for our beautiful stay!

Indeed the “Perfect Beach House”

Our stay at Sunsational was far better than we expected and an exceptional value! The house was bright and very clean. The perfect vibe for a family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The house was located directly on the most private beach I have ever seen on this island. Other than the occasional beach walker in the morning and at dinner time, we didn’t see anyone else. The hot tub / jacuzzi was great and nice and hot for those cool evenings after swimming. Our first day we saw the most beautiful sting ray while snorkelling. The beds were super comfortable with 2 temperpeedics and they all had wonderfully soft and pressed linens. Truly this house, the housekeeper Janett and the manager Maria were 5 star! On Maria’s recommendation we went to a restaurant right next to the house, literally a 1 minute drive called Soleamar. We were delighted with the food, ocean and sunset views, music and ambience. Try the Stone Crab Claws and the Ceviche taco’s. You won’t regret it. If you are looking for privacy and still being close to many great hot spots this is the house. We are already booking for next year!

Gorgeous beachfront house!!

Was traveling to the bahamas with my family and flight issues had us extending the trip for extra time so we booked the house last minute. We should have stayed here our whole trip! The house was pristine with a large kitchen perfect for a family. It's in a gated community so the beach is basically private. I felt safe letting the kids play out front. The view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. The property manager Maria was very responsive and helped us with dinning and activity recommendations. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

The Not So Perfect Beach house

From the moment we checked in we had numerous issues: The toilet handle broke Toilet seat broken Air conditioning vent filthy Clothes dryer not vented to outside so heats up entire house No umbrella’s for first five days of trip as “previous renters had broken them” No blender for first four days “as previous renters had broken “ Had to repeatedly ask for blender No working outside shower Hot tub was just as previous reviewer had stated Need of an update and lacking in ways to check water quality Overall the place looks like it as been unattended for awhile It’s in need of a good cleaning and organizing of equipment Unfortunately the worst part of trip was discovering that two of my adult sons had items stolen A pair of expensive tennis shoes A digital stethoscope (son is a trained EMT) 100 cash The thefts were troubling as the house is in a gated communist and the only people in the house were the housekeeper and a plumber The doors were locked when we left everyb time All of this was reported and the host never replied about the theft. She did try to resolve our maintenance issues but seemed reluctant to fix This is an expensive house located on a beautiful beach The trip was planned for a family vacation over a year ago such a shame we chose this house we could have gone so many other places Renters beware! FYI I have emailed and texted the host on numerous occasions to resolve the thefts but no response

Hot tub needs to be updated and maintained. Guests need to be informed when there is island power outages because it affects the operation of the hot water heaters. Guests need to be instructed on how to reset hot water heaters when an outage does occur. Guests will be unaware since the house has a generator.

Perfect House on a Perfect Beach

Our family of 9 spent a week in paradise. The house was a great fit for us, beds and baths for everyone. The upstairs bedroom was a nice private master, as well. The floor plan of the house is nice with the common space living room and dining room in the center of the house, with bedrooms on the corners and upstairs. The beach was absolutely perfect. It is a private beach and the house is right on the beach. You walk out the backdoor and just a few steps and your on the beach. The house is near the end which provides for even more privacy. The water is beautiful and clear and you can walk out into the water with ease, enjoying a swim or snorkeling. The house did have some flippers, masks and a snorkel for us to use, even though we did bring some of our own as well. There were also other beach toys and floats, as well as 2 lifejackets. Beach chair were nice, complete with small tables to rest drinks. We didn't use the firepit, although we intended to. We were just too tired at the end of our days. The hot tub was great, although be sure you ask the management how to turn it on so it is warm/hot. It does take a little time to heat up each day. House provided beach towels and plenty of bath towels which was very nice. The housekeeper was a wonderful thing also. Each day she would make beds, wash towels and clean up the house/kitchen. We had breakfast and lunch at the house every day. We also hired Chef Perry Sweeting to cook dinner for us. We will be back!!

Perfect spot for a family get-together

This lovely home was perfect for three couples and two children. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beach location was very private and absolutely beautiful. Maria and Luc took wonderful care of us and responded quickly to all our questions. We only wished the entrance to the driveway was better marked so we didn't get lost when we first got there. It Really Is Perfect

It's not often things are as advertised or titled, but the title here is well deserved. Upon landing and moving through the airport, we were greeted by Jesus who was our driver and guide for the week. He did an excellent job with both. We did rent a car but this is a left-side of the road country and being able to follow him was a comforting start. When you walk into the house it is bright, clean, and very well appointed. In our case, the whole house also smelled delicious as Perry, the chef for the week, had prepared a welcome dinner. This was a taste of things to come as he did a fantastic job all week making sure meals were prepared taking into account all of our requests. Local fish, chicken, lamb, steaks, salads, fruits, and a bevy of delicious desserts were enjoyed. He's a talented chef who made our stay very special. During our time we rented a private boat for snorkeling, visited Atlantis, visited Baha Mar (several times including the water park and casino), toured the straw market, and visited several touristy landmarks. Even with all this, I think I can safely say the best times were had just at the house. The beach is truly spectacular. Just grab your mask, walk out, and be prepared to be amazed by the water clarity and sea life. As a diver I can tell you it's very impressive. Lastly, our host Maria was phenomenal. Gracious and professional, she answered all of our questions and was attentive from the very beginning with all of our requests. Book it!

great family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house is just as described. It sits right on a beautiful sandy beach and is great for kids and toddlers. The house is very childproofed with locks on cabinets and gates on staircase. There was plenty of outside seating both on the patio and at the beach. We were close to shopping and restaurants as well as a short beach walk to beach bar and restaurant. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Maria, the property manager was very responsive to questions. The housekeeping staff Janett and Luz were terrific. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Wow. Amazing property… Definitely rebooking in the new year!

The beach, house, and property were absolutely perfect for the 4 of us. The modern style was very contemporary beach chic. It is very rare to see that the pictures did not do the property justice. The 3 king beds were fantastic with incredible bedding and the other furniture was super comfortable with the whole vibe of the house being comfortably chic. While perhaps a small detail, all the lights were dimmable, even the outdoor lighting allowing for such an incredible ambiance with the lights dimmed just right. *Although it did take us a while to remember where the various light switches were. The house had an amazing sound system with wifi connectivity so we streamed all of our music from our phones to the outdoor speakers by the seating area and the indoor living room. As for the beach, amazing. Especially at low tide the beach was so wide and compared to what we are used to in California, the water was so warm. The property was very quiet and we felt very safe. Generally we only saw people walk the beach in the morning and before sunset. Lastly, thank you Maria for all your help with restaurants recommendations and reservations. You made the stay so easy and your recommendations were fantastic! The housekeeper was super nice and very helpful also. She was spanish speaking but spoke enough english for us to communicate. We’ll be back!
