"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Beautiful property! We had a good stay for the most part. Hyatt should be upfront and transparent about the holds for incidentals. We stayed there 3 nights. At check in we were informed that in addition to the resort fees they would also be placing a hold for $200 a day on our card. Never heard of this until upon check in. Full transparency would be appreciated."
