"Endroit très propre, accueillant dès l’arrivée. Déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Personnel très à l’écoute, poli et disponible. Seule bémol est le manque d’une buanderie sur place, mais ceci ne lui enlève pas d’étoile! Ce qu’ils offrent comme services compense bien cet aspect. Idéal pour une famille, dans mon cas un bébé et un enfant. Parques à proximité. Restaurant à même l’hôtel offre une bonne nourriture."

"Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer. Den Check-in Prozess haben wir persönlich an der Rezeption gemacht und die Dame dort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben direkt über Sie auch ein Taxi für die Abreise zum Flughafen bestellt mit Kindersitz. Hat super geklappt! Aber auch der Check-in am Gerät außen ist gut möglich, wenn man diesen auf seine Sprache umstellt und die Anweisungen richtig befolgt (hatte jemanden geholfen daher auch den Prozess gesehen).
