"My family and I were locked out of room for an hour and a half. They did not know how to open the door and we had a flight to catch we had to figure it out as they could not speak or understand English"

"Great view, very close to the beach. Travelling solo it was easy to navigate the area and the public transport a bit of a journey to the city but I prefer to stay outside the city so overall it was a great spot. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was lovely and the room was big and clean. The outdoor area was a bit small. The staff were so nice and helpful. We arrived early and just wanted to leave our bags while we went out sightseeing but a room was ready so they let us check in early. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with very quickly. The hotel was close to many of the things we wanted to see, but not everything. We would stay again."
