"The Room was dirth and had to change rooms because of the curtains and soiled bed sheets. In the second room we had to clean everything by ourselves when you ask a second key for the room it is like asking a favor . Additionally they woke us up in the morning to tell us that a cockroach technichian wanted to access the room , when we mentioned we needed 30 minutes the receptionist started insisting mentioning he came specifically for this . If informed prior we could have made the effort , but...

"The apartment was clean and well maintained; however, it was not heated during our entire stay. We did not have hot water for showering, and we were unable to sleep because it was so cold. We reported the issue to the accommodation several times, and a technician was sent once, but the problem was neither repaired nor resolved. We returned home sick after our trip."
