Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

"Basic room was spacious by Parisian standards. Kinda dusty though. No soundproofing, so it's extremely noisy in the hallway with the cleaning staff and neighbouring rooms starting from about 7 in the morning. Location is alright for transport connections."
