"I used my room as a small apartment and had breakfast and a few dinners there. Kitchen was well equipped, except: only one fork, no tea towel to dry dishes, no sink plug. Otherwise, all I needed.
Bed was very comfortable. Aircon was quiet and worked perfectly. Shower was very good. Two desks, lots of space. I was able to do a clothes wash in a utility room on the main floor. "The room itself was very nice. Spacious and clean. Our issue was the AC did not work for almost 2 days during our stay with 100+ degree weather outside. We could not even sleep it was so hot and drowning in sweat. When we would call reception about it they seemed irritated at us just for calling about the situation which left us feeling frustrated and disregarded. Upon checking in and leaving our bags in their secluded room, somebody stole my airplane pillow as well. We trusted that our things...
