"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

"I stayed with my family of four, including two young children. The location was clean, the staff was helpful and polite, and the room was very comfortable. Despite large crowds and loud soccer events outside, we could barely hear a thing from our third-floor room — the soundproofing was impressive. The location was excellent, within easy reach of Notre-Dame, the Louvre, popular shopping streets, and the Metro.
