"Perfect spot for a single or a couple with 2 pets (us). Nicely laid out. Only issue we had was the tough climb up the steps (in our late 60s though) and some sort of insects. (Not gross ones like roaches or anything like that) Would definitely stay again."

"This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!"

"Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. Lots of privacy in a very convenient location. Would I book Sugar Cube again?? I already have for a family trip! You won't regret your stay here."

"Nice place and clean! A little expensive for what it was. I think there were renovations in other places of the barn - there was a bit of banging and noise during our stay, which was a little upsetting."

"The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay."

"This is a lovely lake view home that is beautifully furnished with views from every window. We appreciated the close proximity to Ithaca, yet the quiet serenity of its location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was just right for making small meals or a cup of espresso."

"There was plenty of room for a big group with 6 well sized bedrooms and 3 full baths! There were 11 of us total and we never felt cramped. The entire house was clean and nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. We were able to make several meals in the kitchen without any issues. The downstairs made a nice place for the younger families, while the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for the grandparents to post up away from all the noise. The hot tub was amazing.
