"We checked in at 11:00 p.m., but our room wasn't ready until 12:30 a.m. The delay was very frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing."

"Loved our stay! If you are looking for a quiet, rustic getaway in the Finger Lakes, this is it! Host was responsive to texts checking on WiFi. Check out was a breeze and no pressure. Location was peaceful. Highly recommend."

"Relaxing, peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment, great for a getaway or family stay during Syracuse University graduation weekend. Lovely lake view, great deck, patio, jacuzzi, warm fireplace inside, an easy access social kitchen. Note: need to be able to climb stairs to access beds."
