Overall, good stay, clean hotel in good location. Pretty noisy calling system, elevators need some work. Likely to stay there again on the next trip to New York.

We had a great stay at RIU Plaza Manhattan Times Square. The location was perfect and made it so easy to walk to so many of the places we wanted to see. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for exploring New York City. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options to start the day. Even though it’s right in the middle of such a busy area, we found the hotel comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to
