"The property had garbage all over the place when we arrived. All garbage pails were completely full. This attracted bears. The property had not been landscaped for months. We had no water and couldn’t shower or flush toilets. Despite several calls to the host this issue went on for 19 hours before it was resolved. We had 12 adults staying there and couldn’t flush toilets or shower. The refrigerator wasn’t working. We had to discard food. No WiFi. The host would not provide a contact number, she...

"Excellent communication from owner. Great location for Cooperstown Dream Park baseball families. Relatively clean, but the home is pretty old. Lots of space for multiple families."

"A very unique property. Beautiful setting. Home built in 1800s with a lot of charm. With a home that age, you need to understand it’s not perfect. That’s part of what made it unique. We did a big guys trip so nobody minded much. Otherwise very happy with our stay."
