This listing is a lovely, clean 3-bedroom upper level of a home, which was exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We would stay there again, if we return to Ithaca!

The home is very nice, updated, & super clean. Communication with Yuan our host was also very good with quick response from him with every message. The location of the home is also very good being close to downtown but nicely situated in a treed area that was very quiet and easy to get around. Thanks for a great stay Yuan!

The perfect location for visiting both Ithaca College and Cornell University. The space was bright, clean, with a lovely spacious feeling. We enjoyed hosting a group of incoming juniors with a bbq and game night. Close to many gorges. I will definitely be staying there again. Perfect!

Clean nicely equipped

This is a roomy VRBO that is clean and very well stocked. The landlord is excellent to deal with and very timely with responses. Location is quiet and not far from many of the activities Ithaca has to offer. Off street parking is a bonus! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is the beds are not real comfortable. The primary bed definitely sags on both sides.

Clean, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!
