Welcome to 'gorges' Ithaca, and our conveniently located lower-level apartment in the Northeast Ithaca community! Our clean and simply designed apartment is a centrally located place to stay as you explore all that Ithaca has to offer while visiting for pleasure or for business. The one-bedroom apartment has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress. Our open-concept kitchen with an island is equipped with the basics for your cooking needs after a trip to the Farmer's Market for fresh produce.

The space

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Cornell's campus, Ithaca Airport, Lab of Ornithology, and shopping. We are also a quick drive to downtown Ithaca and the farmers market! There is also ample parking on the driveway. The local bus service (TACT) stop is just one block away from the house as well.

The living room has a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Chromecast for you to enjoy from our comfortable couch as you relax and unwind after your adventures. The house has a private entrance from the back of the house and is accessed with a smart key lock.

As the weather warms up, you are also welcome to enjoy our spacious yard.

Guest access
During your stay, you are welcome to utilize all of the spaces and amenities of the apartment. The entry to the apartment is via the laundry room that guests have access to.
