"3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really...

Lovely cafe hut nearby (down the hill) and easily accessible from Richmond train station by bus and a short, very uphill walk. The common areas of the hotel are very pleasant and comfortable.
