"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. "Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay. Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean"

"This is the second stay in less than one year. We had a great experience. We appreciate the staff's effort. Breakfast was great. Just 2 things I hope to see. First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents. Huge Thanks!"
