"Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. "

Pour vous éviter de devoir attendre l'après-midi pour faire votre check-in. Heureusement que Enas était la, très à l'écoute! Merci beaucoup!! Je pense que je reviendrai dans cet établissement!"

"In my personal view the only good thing about this hotel is the location, this hotel is clearly dated and has not been fully upgraded over time. check-in could have been better, as I have now found out the hotel has charged me twice and currently having to dispute to get a refund. the hotel washrooms are not well maintained and during my stay the main ones in the lobby were out of action. it is a challenge to get in and out the hotel to Al Haram due to the numbers of people in the shopping...

"Pros: Hotel is spacious, the furniture in good condition, the carpet inside the room is clean. Cons: -The restaurant is below average I tried Iftar and decide not to try Sohor. Do not recommend dinning at the hotel at all even if it’s free. -Not easy to walk to holy mosque you have to take the golf car usually the waiting is 2-5 min and it takes 1-2 min to arrive then you walk down to the mosque. "

"I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. The would help even if it was inconvenient and we’re always so genuine and warm. We hope to see them again in a few months for a new family booking. Hope also they get the recognition they...
