"The property is in a great location, close central Manhattan. The staff were very helpful and accomadating and the price is excellent for what you get. The room had a fully eqiuped kitchen with nice cooking and essentials like washing up liquid, salt and pepper, tea towels. Taxi was easy to get to the airport and a good amount of places to eat."

"I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was really clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was parking. We eventually got lucky and found a spot. We utilized Lyft so we didn't have to drive until we left. Overall very good experience, definitely will return!"

"Great little spot in a safe feeling neighborhood. It even had basically a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, stove top and pots and pans. It was quiet (as quiet as NYC gets, anyway) but still convenient and the building and room were lovely. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Jacki had the place as promised. Neat , clean and organized - tidy .. the charm of the cottage was wonderful !! The location was perfect !! Sleeping was fantastic. Heck we each had our own bathroom!! When we go back we’d definitely stay there again . Oh very quiet , peaceful. Two porches and great fireplace . Thank you Jacki "

"The hotel rooms are very clean. Just make sure you let them know if you want early checkin orcyou may have a problem. Your code is what lets you in the building.other than that, things are very close by. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very safe."
