"The home is exactly as presented in the listing. It was clean and very comfortable. There are a couple more chairs in the living room than shown, so it was comfortable for our whole party. The kitchen is very large--unlike many Rochester options--so one person can easily be making coffee while another is making toast and another is getting juice. "The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to downtown near Main Street. On the down side, there wasn’t enough ventilation - the windows don’t open and the central air wasn’t working so it felt stuffy, in spite of the ceiling fan. Also, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close properly. Overall the accommodations felt pretty basic."
