"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff.

"I was super grateful for the very early check-in. Parking was free and easy. Location is fine but exterior of property is definitely lacking visually. One elevator out of commission and the other very badly worn signage. Push a button. See what happens. Room was a great size. Very comfy and clean bed. No air conditioning. Hadn’t been turned on yet. Room was hot even with the window open. Food left in mini fridge and garbages from previous occupant. Ceiling collapsing in bathroom. Shower head...

The hotel charge my card before we even got there wanted to use a different card at check in the guy that checked us in would not change the card and was completely rude this was our second stay and probably our last"

"I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations.
The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again.
We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless.
There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine."

Form should follow function however, and a motel bathroom should have enough counter room for travelers to rest both a toothbrush AND a tube of toothpaste. "Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults.
The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip."
