"Very family friendly. Older hotel but comfortable. Attached restaurant is convent for adults & kids. Walking distance to everything keeps the noise chaos down. Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk & Staff. We had a great stay."

"This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel with my family members. I really enjoyed the water fall view all the day and night, also we had a crib for our baby, i’s mattress was a little bit uncomfortable for my baby but, totally everything was good. I should mention that the reservation didn’t contain free breakfast and it would be nice to add it!"

"The walls are paper thin. I woke up at 6:30 to a man’s laughter, you would have thought he was in our room instead of just the room beside us! Doors slamming early in the morning, not because of people but because they close so fast you don’t have a choice. The bathroom was incredibly small and did not have a “clean” feeling. The free continental breakfast was impossible to even get near so I cannot comment on that."

"The hotel was clean, approx 7 min walk to the falls and OLG Stage for events. The staff at the front were very helpful, checked in early and made sure we had priority since getting to the hotel earlier than 4 PM. The breakfast was great at Buchanans that I would recommend to pay extra for the breakfast in the morning (upgraded/not continental). Room was the US Fallsview with soaker tub and walk in shower. Excellent view of falls and fireworks."

"Wifi was not available, breakfast buffet was very scant. Website indicated gluten free options. A banana is not enough."
