"The hotel and waterpark were pretty rundown. Staff at the front desk were nice. The kids had fun at the waterpark. We struggled to get our little ones to sleep because there are courtyards outside all the rooms. There were kids running around and yelling in the halls and in the courtyards until after 10pm. We called down to ask the front desk if they could ask them to quiet down but they said the hotel "quiet time" starts at 10pm. For us, this is a bit late as our kids are usually down well...
