"Great location, well maintained property and friendly staff"

"Great location on Fallsview with a WEGO bus right outside. Very comfortable bed. The room was nice, but the "city view" overlooks parking lots. Several restaurants and starbucks on site. We only ate at TGI Friday - it was terrible. There's an enclosed walkway over to the casino and a Yuk Yuks downstairs. It's a WEGO ride to the falls or a walk down Murray Hill. Our room had a mini fridge, which was very handy. Our only minor complaint was the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. There was only...

"All the staff was very helpful with answers to questions. Hotel lobby and room very clean and updated. The room was a comfortable size. We had an excellent view of both falls. We were able to watch the fireworks every night from our room. We chose to eat the buffet breakfast at the hotel. There were many choices and some unexpected on a breakfast bar such as roasted chicken, vegetables, etc. My husband really liked the young woman who made the omelettes. She was very upbeat and friendly and the...

"Was great experience"

"The room was more updated than great wolf in Sandusky. Generally touched areas could be more sanitized. The experience that stood out to us was the unfriendly nature of the environment. If you of black descent. Spend your vacation somewhere else. Niagara Falls in Canada appears not to be very welcoming to minorities."

"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Check in went smoothly. We went to bar for drinks and were served by friendly staff. That evening went to the spa for the oasis hydrotherapy experience, which was wonderful! In the morning we had the Breakfast buffet which had a variety of tasty fresh foods! We enjoyed our night away. We will be back!"

"Every thing is good"

"The room had ants and they were all over our food, table and floors. Expedia did nothing to compensate and left the responsibility on the hotel meanwhile the hotel manager had told us that Expedia would handle the compensation."

"We recently booked two rooms for a trip to Niagara Falls, and our stay was a straightforward mix of high points and a few noticeable drawbacks. The Good The location is fantastic. You are incredibly close to the falls, making sightseeing and walking around effortless. Despite being in a busy tourist area, both of our rooms were wonderfully quiet, allowing us to completely escape the crowds at the end of the day. We also really appreciated that the housekeeping staff does an excellent job;...

"HÔTEL TRESPROPRE ET BIEN SITUÉ. CHAMBRE PARFAITE"

"Room was clean, location was perfect for Clifton hill visit, breakfast is very disappointing but better than nothing, staff were super helpful. We could hear the kids in the pool area from the 6th floor… not great that the pool sits in the middle of the building and echos through the whole building but it was still an affordable decent stay"

"Excellent location. Room was perfect. Great shower, bed, pillows. Pool and arcade great for families. Short walk to all attractions and casino."

"The room was clean. Internet worked well. Breakfast was ok, but the eating area is tiny. Parking was adequate."
