Able to pull up outside room to unload through patio door, also very convenient access to take dogs out for the bathroom. Towels and bed linens were great quality, bed was comfortable, not as fancy as some but would definitely return next time we visit. "

"The hotel was new and very clean but the area was very safe with shady people all around the whole area. We had to walk to our venue and had to constantly look over our shoulders. Streets and doorways cluttered with garbage. Very disappointing to see this when Hess Village used to be the place to hang out in my day. Not now! Service in the hotel was very good. Great gym to workout in with lots of floor space"

"Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!"
