The staff were so kind and accommodating, the rooms are large and comfy, the king beds are on the firmer side but great for your back!
The breakfast delivered to your room is so nice and seems to alternate between quiches and boiled eggs, with orange juice, yogurt, granola, croissants, jam, butter, and then your choose of French pressed coffee or regular tea, it’s a very nice touch, something to look forward to every morning
The restaurant on site, AG, it’s awesome, Erika especially is one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had the pleasure of serving us.
There’s fresh flavoured water and a coffee “barista” machine that can make you some lovely drinks, even has a milk foamer
Overall one of the best hotels in Niagara, just wonderful,
Only possible complaint is some of the furniture was a tad beat up, but that’s a moot point as you just keep your stuff in or on it anyway
Very very little room for improvement, they run a tight and extremely friendly ship 10/10
Ps- for your partner, get the amenities, it’s so nice, they will love it
