"we only stayed overnight, very convenient to metro, mall and outlet store. the staff are very nice and the hotel is very clean. unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room is not working and they are fully booked so no way to move us to another room but they provided us with a fan and gave us breakfast voucher. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend."

"The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris. The hotel lobby was filthy and hot. Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks. The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures...

"I booked this property thinking that I could walk to Disney, DO NOT book if you think you can walk from this property, you cannot. We ended up having to pay about $15 each way to uber back and forth each day. Not sure if the sheets were clean… bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Was dealing with issues to check in while I was at the airport trying to get check in instructions. Place was hot the whole time, ac is controlled and you can’t change it."

"Ausstattung und Hotel wie man es für den Preis erwartet. Aber: Zimmer sind schlecht belüftet trotz Fenster und Klima Anlage ist die Luft schlecht und klamm. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend klein, einen Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen geht nur wenn man ihn halb unters Bett schiebt. Wirklich unpraktisch waren die Lichtschalter mit Touch Funktion direkt am Kopfende der Betten. Nachts kommt man gegen und schon ist das Licht an. Allgemein gab es viele Lichter die auch im dunkeln im Zimmer geleuchtet...
