"This apartment is in a two family house on the second floor. The downstairs tenants had a party the night we stayed and we could hear everything which kept us up until 1am. The apartment was clean yet it had a very strong unpleasant smell that made it feel dirty. "

"Overall the unit was good. Just a few little things would help a stay be a little more smooth. Availability of facial tissue and bath body soap were lacking. Trash can liners were not in the trash cans. There was no shower liner, so a little concerned about keeping the water in the shower.The shower was plumbed backwards, so that took a second to figure out if there was hot water; maybe just a marker of some sort will help finding hot and cold. The internet password on the VRBO site was not...

"Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The kitchen was nicely supplied with coffees, milk, fruit juice, and some nice snacks. Parking was easy, though we had to keep track of which side to park on which...

"Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. "
