"Nicest staff ever!"

"I stayed one night week of June 10th and one night week of June 15 - 2nd experience was not as good as the first. The first floor room was excellent - quiet - comfortable bed and AC was great on a very hot day. Second stay was good but not great - bed was no where near as comfortable and was very creaky every time i moved - wasn’t as supportive. "Disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose loud ongoing renovations and a power outage that resulted in no hot water and non-functioning phone service. Our reserved King room was unavailable upon arrival, the room was not clean (stained sheets and hair), and mold was present on breakfast bagels. "I have stayed at this Hotel many times under Comfort Suites, it was amazing. Right now, they are going through changes, with exterior renovations and Hotel name change. So, the hotel is not like the past, they need to work in making sure that the rooms are cleaned and staff know what to do. I do look forward in staying here again once all the changes are done, hoping that the hotel will be like it was in the past."
