"A beautiful little Riad just outside the Medina, but close enough to walk. Lovely welcoming staff who went the extra mile to provide a great standard of hospitality. A rooftop pool was a great asset for a cool down anytime of day. Large rooms with all amenities."

"This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. "Il Riad è molto semplice e ben tenuto, un'oasi di pace all'interno del caos della Medina di Marrakech. Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, ristoranti e negozi e in circa quindici minuti di camminata si raggiunge la piazza Jemaa el Fna. "Absolutely exceptional. It was like you were transported to heaven. The raid is immaculate, clean, zen, oasis. Modern. One of the best places I've ever stayed in the rooftop pool is gorgeous. The rooms are decorated to an inch of their lives. The washrooms are impeccable and the service is incredible. Aouatif is a fixer in the incredible sense. Every single person who worked for her was competent, kind and on time. From Yousef, lovely Yousef, who took my family to the Atlas Mountains to Sayeed...

"Vi havde et ophold på en uge på hotellet. Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til at kunne gå til Medina'en og alt det leben der er der i midtbyen. Og alligevel var der ingen støj på hotellet, det er faktisk lidt som en oase inde i midten af Marrakech. Meget stor pool, rigtig udmærket morgenmad. Vi havde en junior suite som var virkelig pæn og rummelig. Som helhed var det en rigtig god uge vi havde på hotellet. Kan dog anbefale at tage derhen på andre tidspunkter en juli, der er lige varmt nok i...

"My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "

"This is among the most unique properties in the world. The service is second to none and whoever designed the hotel should win a gold medal somewhere. Everything about El Fenn was excellent and as advertised. I rarely give feedback from travels, choosing to write about a place that is very very bad or excellent. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....
