"This is among the most unique properties in the world. The service is second to none and whoever designed the hotel should win a gold medal somewhere. Everything about El Fenn was excellent and as advertised. I rarely give feedback from travels, choosing to write about a place that is very very bad or excellent. In between doesn’t much matter to me. El Fenn? Gets a ten! "

"Loved the easy location, we had to use a taxi only once for a museum bit outside old town. Would highly recommed, staff was very helpful, we felt safe and you wouldn't believe it, but none of the noice from the city outside could be heard or bothered us. "

Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....
