"My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "

"Traveled to Marrakech for a three-day trip with my grown children. Riad Zi was the perfect accommodation for us—beautiful property, quiet neighborhood that’s near attractions and dining, and exceptional service. We so appreciated the attention to detail given and kindness shown by all the staff. Highly recommend to anyone visiting and staying in historic Medina."

"Beyond superb. Highly recommend! Great location with excellent staff. The food was amazing and the front patio for breakfast was beautiful. Very clean the customer service was impeccable. "

"Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....

"Il Riad è molto semplice e ben tenuto, un'oasi di pace all'interno del caos della Medina di Marrakech. Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, ristoranti e negozi e in circa quindici minuti di camminata si raggiunge la piazza Jemaa el Fna. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, soprattutto Latifa la proprietaria. Colazione ottima. grazie di tutto! :)"

"This hotel is a great option . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location close to all the markets and to some great restaurants . The spa and the cooking class were top notch . My only complaint is that my room was very small. I booked a “king room” and it was very small so if I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room . However I would totally recommend this hotel . "

"The property is unique and amazing. The host named Rhadwan is very hospitable and helpful. He is very respectful and accommodating to all his guest. The property is very comfortable. I recommended this riad to all the travellers out there! Perfect!"

"We had a deluxe room and it was fabulous. The courtyard area in the middle of the riad is stunning. We liked it so much we changed our plans to stay in a different riad when we return to Marrakech, we're staying at Palais Sebban again! Location to get to a car/taxi is convenient as is it's location to Jemaa El Fnaa. Breakfast is fabulous too!"

"Excellent priperty, I’ll be back. My only gripe was the 20% off the spa didn’t include couples packages, this was never made clear until I checked out. I may have spent more if I’d known on other services, it’s an annoying oversight but not worth reducing my review which is still five stars across the board. "
