"My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "

"We stayed four days in this beautiful riad. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and kind, always offering to help. Hamza and Wimza (don't know if it's the right spelling) are delightful. The welcome tea and pastries are delicious. The breakfast included is excellent, flavorful and abundant. The riad is very quiet, away from all the noise and crowds but close to everything. The water in the shower comes out...

Tagines to die for and puddings galore. Hotel close to square so you can really immerse yourself in the place. This hotel is a jewel in the crown will definitely return"

"Todo el personal es encantador y está siempre pendiente para que el huesped se sienta cómodo. Fantástico desayuno en la piscina, la cual sin ser muy grande, es perfecto oasis en la calurosa Marrakech. Sin duda recomendariamos el Riad, cuyas habitaciones están limpias, climatizadas y son silenciosas."

"Brutal. Una vez llegamos con el taxi a la Bab Doukkala y nos adentramos en la medina, con el ajetreo de los puestos de comida en la calle, souvenirs, motos… entramos en el paraíso del Riad Kniza. "La ubicación excelente , solo que se escucha mucho ruidos desde las 6 de la mañana y no se puede descansar más , también hay que tener cuidado si te hospedan en el otro edificio porque las habitaciones son diferentes a las que ofrecen en fotos.

"El personal muy amable , el servicio de la limpieza de habitaciones es un desastre hemos estado seis noches tres no nos han echo la habitación y dos veces nos dejaron sin toallas, a la hora del desayuno está llenísimo y los niños corriendo por los pasillos , en general mi experiencia no fui tan buena en este hotel ."
