"My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "

"This riad is a little perfect gem, an oasis of peace amidst the mad hustle and bustle of the medina. Stunning interiors, attentive and friendly service, gorgeous, oversized room and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed and pillows! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and the best cookies we’ve ever had! A fruit platter was waiting for us in the room. "Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....

"The place really is faultless. The staff, the facilities, location we really cannot recommend the Nobu enough. We have travelled the world extensively and as a 54 year old man I have never been to a hotel like this and considering we like to travel luxuriously this place is a standout. "This is among the most unique properties in the world. The service is second to none and whoever designed the hotel should win a gold medal somewhere. Everything about El Fenn was excellent and as advertised. I rarely give feedback from travels, choosing to write about a place that is very very bad or excellent. In between doesn’t much matter to me. El Fenn? Gets a ten! "
