"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area."

"The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with! This room was unique, had 2 steps down to the bathroom, had a deep bath in the room, room was spacious but cosy and homely. The bed was very...

"I stayed at this hotel because I got bumped from my flight out of Heathrow and had to stay at two additional days. The location was perfect along the Thames River there are many walking options right next to the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had while in Europe."

The room was not large, but the built in and portable furnishings were so perfectly fitted that the room functioned exquisitely for three people - like a well fitted yacht - maybe better. The designers deserve many awards for this room! As expected, all spaces were quite clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was kind and professional, and the breakfast was good. "We have stayed here several times now and can never fault the hotel on anything. The pool is perfect and my girls (7 & 9) love it - in fact it is the main reason we are staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The TV upgrades were also very welcome since our last visit. Restaurant is on the more pricey side, but that was expected. Would definitely visit again."
