"Loved this hotel. It is apartment style - would be great for long term stays. 7 min scooter ride from the beach. Nice pool and private pool at many of the rooms. Very convenient to be able to rent quads and scooters from there. Helpful concierge!"

"Away from Tulum main st hustle and bustle. Easy 30 minute walk into town. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Noisy street behind the building. "

"Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return"

"I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big. The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. "The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. "
