"We always stay at the Hyatt when flying in & out of Austin. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Restaurant on site has good food"

"I picked this place because it was close to the airport, it had a pool, and shuttle to the airport. Plus the reviews were decent. But, the pool was green and no one was using it. The faucet in the sink was loose and just a trickle of water came out. The room keys never worked on the door by the elevator. "We got in late because of a flat tire, you know life… the guy at the front seat was so nice and got us into our rooms and we had the best night sleep ever, the breakfast was good and hot! The waffle were amazing! 10/10 would recommend, we will be returning , thank you forthe friendly service!"

"semi new. good condition overall but the outside was a little dirty, It was difficult to see and find from the road. A lot of trees and buildings and a maze parking lot to get to the hotel."

"We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain."

"Nice place. Very clean. Small but treed little walking loop for a dog walk area. Good sized parking lot but no real place to park a trailer if you have a boat or something. I enjoyed that right across the road was a food truck area that was dog friendly."

"Front desk attendant was friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed. Room faced highway and was a little loud. AC unit was very loud. Breakfast was not ready at 6 am (as advertised), so we weren't able to eat anything before heading to airport. TV was a great size and we appreciated having access to HBO Max. Convenient to airport and provided shuttle service every 1/2 hour (we had a rental car and didn't use it). Pleasantly surprised for the price and would stay again."

"The first room we were given smelled like mold and mildew and the AC unit was covered in mold. Our second room had mold on the windows and in the bathroom shower. If you have a sensitivity to allergens I would not recommend staying at this property. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The property is not as well maintained as it was the first time we visited a few years ago, so our expectations were not met. The front desk agents were helpful but not professional."

"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...
