"Place was really nice. One of the showers the water did not get hot. Would be nice if there were blinds on the upper windows. Friendly, clean and overall nice place"

"It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot. "

"Kokopelli West is a delightful little oasis in Moab. The accommodations provide everything you need in a convenient setting in the middle of town. We loved the kitchen, the comfortable bed and the amenities like the outdoor grill. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would definitely stay there again! "

"Spacious, luxurious, modern house. Small kinks here and there but promptly addressed by the management. Excellent location, outdoor dining with views on red rocks and LaSalle mountains. Would benefit from a better coffee maker."

"We visited Grand Junction just to get a feel for the area."

"The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. "Glenda is an excellent host! It felt very private, yet she was there when we needed anything. We had a private entrance to the sunroom and bedroom with attached bathroom. We were able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted. The property is clean and newer. It was a great setup! We will stay there again!"

"Overall, the location is amazing, but the house needed to be swept when we got there. The hot tub was awesome, though. And you can pretty much walk to everything in Moab. Very close to Arches. It was a lovely little getaway. "

"Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend."
