"This property is amazing! It is beautiful and secluded but within minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel (The Shining) and downtown Estes. Wildlife is abundant and the river runs right through the property. Our cabin was clean and the kitchen was completely equipped for cooking meals. The deck had a 4 seat patio table with a grill! I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. The staff was so welcoming and kind! Five Stars for Streamside! "

"Beautiful and perfect location. I enjoyed not having much wifi (had enough to book timed entry, look at weather, plan a few hikes and meals and check in with family) and my son loved the horses. We saw elk and mule deer right by the cabins and we were only like 4 minutes from Lily lake and Twin Sisters trailhead. "

"The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. "

"The manager was very nice. She showed us our cabin and told us the rules. The cabin was very clean. The whole place was beautiful. We had a great time."

"Can't wait to book this cabin again. The birds eating peanuts from our hands was amazing! Great little gem! "

"The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water "

"Close to downtown, RMNP AND Roosevelt National Park.Cabin was clean, but is dark inside even with lights. Hot tub was good. Furniture uncomfortable due to sagging. Did not use equipment in shed, but was available. Animals would come into yard which was cool."

"We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owners have a binder with useful information, restaurants, trails & anything else you would need. "

"We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary down in Estes Park two big reasons...we both have never been to Colorado. I always wanted to go, his last name is Estes, & has always wanted to go, so we thought it would be a great adventure together! (Which it was) we plan to come back! It was so much fun! Thank You!"

"The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy."

"We're a family of 3 and this was perfect for us. A great place to base from to visit the Red Rocks, Golden and day trips to the mountains! We love how you can walk to the downtown area of Golden, that was a huge plus! "

"What a beautiful stay along the river. The cottage was comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed, and the location is perfect for exploring the park and town. The bakery next door is not to be missed!"
