The Cottage is located in the heart of Maremma, one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, near Capalbio and only 3 km from the sea (Chiarone area). It has a huge and magnificent flower garden of 3000 sqm.

The Cottage is composed of a bright living room with a large kitchen. In this environment, where there is anche a fireplace, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these rooms is in a very airy loft. There is one bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished and it is all very cozy. It's very cool and breezy in summer and warm in winter. It's a place of peace and harmony and is located at a strategic point, in fact nearby you can do many activities in every season. Rome is only an hour and a half away and is easily accessible by train.

Guests have access to the wonderful and huge garden, full of plants, flowers, vines, roses, wisteria, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. This garden is equipped with pergolas, deck chairs, hammocks, a shaded dining area and a barbeque. There is free parking.

Guests are always welcomed by the host and receive information about the home and tips for Their stay. One member of the family is always on site to assist guests in any eventuality. On request, the host can Organise tours or accompany guests around (see below). The adjacent house where lives a member of the family is very quiet.

The district
In the immediate vicinity of the house, just three kilometers away, there is the beautiful and long sandy beach Feniglia (stretches for over ten kilometers); this sea was AWARDED BY environmental associations as one of the cleanest and most beautiful in Italy.
Lands near the house are cultivated with olive trees and vineyards and the landscape is very gentle. Not too far away there is The Possibility of wind surfing and kite surfing, horse riding, hiking, biking, golf, boat trips, spa and wellness centers.
There are good restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine.

We can arrange for you private one-day tours in the most beautiful villages and places of Maremma, customized to your preferences: Burano Lake / WWF (3 km); Capalbio and Tarot Park (10 km); Orbetello (20 km); Monte Argentario, Tarquinia and Terme di Vulci (30 km); Talamone, Maremma Park, Uccellina Mountains and Amiata Mountain (40 km); Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Saturnia, Scansano, Magliano, Manciano (50 km); the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.

In these tours you can go to wine tasting, oil mills, organic farms, luxury spas, archaeological sites, etc.

Bezauberndes Idyll

Wir haben die Woche in der Südtoscana sehr genossen. Die Landschaft ist fantastisch und die Region nicht so touristisch, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Ferienhaus von Costanza ist sehr gemütlich, klein aber fein. Der Garten ist riesengross und wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Costanza ist immer erreichbar und hat gute Tipps. Vielen Dank.

Schön, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

schönes Cottage, das "Loft" allerdings eng, das Haus wird von den Vermietern auch privat genutzt, daher viele persönliche Gegenstände vorhanden, man erlebt es als wäre man bei Freunden zu Gast - gefällt dem einen mehr dem anderen ists vielleicht zu intim. Manch Mobiliar und Deko sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, etwas muffig . Die Fotos auf der Website sind sehr vorteilhaft und sicher schon älter. Wer in der Nebensaison anreist , muss mit Feuchtigkeit rechnen, wer den Kamin beheizen will, sollte Geduld oder eigenes Brennholz mitbringen, da das vorhandene nass ist. Der Garten und die Lage sind wundervoll, die Gastgeberinnen freundlich und zugewandt. Viele jämmerlich jaulende , magere Katzen kämpfen um ihr Revier und rauben manchmal Schlaf oder laden zu Mitleid ein, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und lauschig, die Gegend und Meernähe sind traumhaft.

Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Garten

Die Unterkunft hätte für den großen Garten mit wunderbaren Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen 6 Sterne verdient. Sehr gut auch die Ausstattung im Haus und vor allem draußen mit großem Esstisch der immer im Schatten liegt. In 5 Minuten ist man auf der Schnellstraße und kann zahlreiche Ziele wie Maremma Monte Argentario und Insel Giglio Recht schnell erreichen. Würde die Wohnung aber für max. 2 Erwachsene und ein etwas älteres Kind empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Constanza und Ihrer Mama war sehr freundlich und u nkompliziert.Eine absolute Empfehlung für Naturliebhaber und aktive Urlauber.

bellissima casa immersa nel verde a 5 minuti dal mare

penso sia la prima volta che un posto in cui vado a soggiornare è più bello di quello pubblicizzato nelle foto. Un enorme giardino pieno di bellissimi alberi di ulivo. La signora Maria gentilissima, accogliente e discreta. Grazie mille, spero di tornare presto.

Wunderschöner großer Garten

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem süßen kleinen Ferienhaus. Vor allem den großen Garten haben wir mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, keine 10 Autominuten zum Strand. Schöne Städte wie Sorano und die Quellen von Saturnia sind in einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Costanza und Maria waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Kommunikation vor der Reise war gut.

Gorgeous and homely country cottage

What a treasure! Maria and Costanza looked after us wonderfully in their little cottage in the hazy fields of Tuscany. We were greeted by Maria after arriving early with some fresh courgettes from the garden and we quickly settled in to our new home of two weeks. The house is decorated with a warm and definitively personal touch which we warmed to straight away and the carefully tended garden complete with hammocks and beautiful countryside scenery let us float away fully into full relaxation mode. We loved our stay here. It was great for our two year old who got to run around freely the whole time, close to local amenities (there is a fantastic ice/cream parlour in the nearby village!) and the fantastic beach Ultima Spiaggia is just 5 minutes away in the car. It was just perfect for us who wanted a quiet beach holiday in Italy. Thankyou so much Maria & Costanza! We hope to return again one day!

Schöner Garten, liebevolles Ambiente

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern da und haben uns sehr erholt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und eignet sich sehr gut zum Enstspannen und zur Ruhe kommen. Mit drei Kindern wurde es schon etwas eng, besser ist es wirklich für 4 Personen geeignet. Für sehr kleine Kinder ist es auch ein bisschen schwierig mit all den schönen Dekogegenständen umzugehen, hier muss man manches eine Etage höher stellen. Der Garten ist auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr weitläufig, man kann sich wirklich gut darin sonnen, in der Hängematte liegen und auch draußen essen. Schön waren die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler, die viel Arbeit abnehmen.

Magnifico!

Giardino splendido e casa accogliente, arredata con gusto e dettagli originali! Costanza e' molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulla zona, le attivita' e i ristoranti. La spiaggia e' vicinissima...alle Terme di Vulci puro relax! Insomma, un piccolo angolo di paradiso!!

Wundervolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeberin!

Dieser Ort ist noch besser, als er auf Bildern aussieht: ein riesiger, schoener Garten und ein gemuetliches Zuhause. Und so ruhig! Costanza hat uns eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung gegeben. Sie hat uns persoenlich begruesst und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, zum Beispiel mit vielen Tipps fuer die Gegend, Restaurants usw. Das Haus war ordentlich, sauber, und komlett eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderbar: sehr ruhig und mit viel Auge fuer's Detail angelegt. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto fuenf Minuten entfernt und um diese Jahreszeit kann man zu den Terme di Vulci Thermalbaedern, die sich in der Naehe befinden. Es war ein toller Urlaub, sehr entspannend, in einer wunderschoenen Umgebung und das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen uebertroffen. Karl und Lidia

Stunning large garden!

Very positive experience! Costanza is very kind, helpful and gave us lots of useful advices. The house is a real gem, especially the garden: huge and spectacular space, full of plants, flowers, trees, neat lawn and pleasant corners where you can enjoy a deep peace. The kitchen is fully equipped, not lacking anything. The two bedrooms are both very good. The loft is very cozy and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and very original details. Everything super clean. The Wi-fi works perfectly and that was especially important to me. The sea is only five minutes away and we were at Terme di Vulci thermal baths, easily reachable from home: an experience of complete relaxation! Thank you so much.

Small cosy cottage

The property is rather small, but cosy. The upstairs mezzanine is not suitable for large people (over 1m60) as the ceiling is sloping and very low to begin with (heads were bumped many times). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to cook a hot meal and they have central heating so even in the colder winter months it will stay nice and warm. The garden is huge and very beautifully decorated. Costanza (the owner) is a very warm and welcoming person.

La sérénité !

Cette location est un petit coin de paradis ! Maison conforme à sa description, très propre, pleine de charme avec un très bel espace extérieur ! Mille mercis à Maria, maman de notre hôte, personne aimable, douce et serviable aux petits soins pour nous. Très disponible et très discrète qui nous a accueilli malgré notre retard avec une gentillesse rare ! Un endroit idéal et une location très honnête qui nous a vraiment ravi !
