"PERFECT location for downtown Indianapolis activities! Apartments were quaint and comfortable. The staff was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Would recommend!"

"This rental is so cute and cozy! I stayed there with friends for two nights for a weekend event in Indianapolis. The fairy/string lights and faux vines throughout the house are an adorable touch, and worked very well as nightlights. The living area and master bedroom have ceiling fans in addition to the central AC, which was very nice as I enjoy having the sound of a fan while I sleep. "The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. "

"This was a really nice house set-up well for a family stay. The bedrooms were set up well and beds were very comfortable. We cooked a number of meals and the kitchen had what we needed. Jim was a very good host and responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had while at the house. We had a very enjoyable stay. "

"This is an apartment complex with some furnished apartments available for short-term stays. It is old, but well -maintained. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The area was nice."
