"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"Great staff—I cannot say enough about their friendliness, efficiency and willingness to accomodate the times I have needed to stay her. There is a clean well-designed room and a beautiful and affordable restaurant with a rooftop view of the city. There is a DJ and dancing too. They serve brunch and are open until midnight with cocktails. The main entrance has lovely furnishings and you can work there. It is a central UWS location for the arts whether work or leisure. The hotel always boasts...

"Just at the front desk helped us check in and was so friendly! Was not expecting to have a balcony, that was a pleasant surprise. Room was very large compared to other NYC rooms I’ve been to. Service was amazing. Asked for extra pillows and they were delivered in less than 10 mins. Free drinking water in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet location within walking distance of a lot. Grand central is right around the corner for the subway. "
